gsr wont pass 3grand
i have a 96 civic hatchback. It has a b18c1 in it, i been having a problem from not passing 3grand. Sounds like the car is in limp mode. It has no check engine light on either. I try everything by changing out the spark plug, spark plug wire, a different dizzy, different ecu. Im using obd2 to obd1 jumper hardness. i thought it would be the Crank position sensor, but i took it out and its still doing it. Now im stuck. You guys have any other idea why its doing this?
the idle is perfect like stock. when i rev it up it wont pass 4 and sometimes it will go up to 5 and wont pass. When i take it for a spin it wont go pass 3 at all. just starts to struggle i say about 2600 rpm and 3 it wont go pass

Have you checked for vacuum leaks yet ?

a friend of mine had the exact same issue, turned out to be his atmospheric pressure sensor had failed ( and didnt give him a check engine light either ). try checking that next if the vacuum leak isnt the culprit.
I had the same problem with my LS/Vtec. I have a B18B1 with a GSR head and Skunk2 Pro Series intake manifold used the stock GSR wiring harness. I had the TPS and MAP sensors plugged in backwards. Switched them and it ran fine after that.
