Default Please Help(Check engine light)

I just did a B16 SIR2 swap into my 2000 civic SI and its throwing the check engine light. We used the diagnostic plug and it shows 6 flashes i was wondering if any body can tell me what that is the code for thanks for any help givin

they are all short flashes no long ones at all

six short flashes is a code 6. it's the water temp sensor. i would double check to see if has been connected. if everything checks out, i recommending a replacement.

do you guys think that the coolant temp sensor would cause the car to idol low and have the motor pulsate by pulsate i mean rev up and down thanks for any help guys
