08 rev hang
what;s up guys i just purchased a 08 si and im getting a little rev hang it's a little annoying trying to get use to it but i was wondering if the hondata ecu reflash fix's it better then the stock fix i saw alot of post about the 06's and they had alot worse then i did but i wold like to get rid of it id there is a why
p.s dose anyone have any idea''s if hondata is going to make a k-pro for are cars or a s100-s300 ecu bacause if they did we can fix the rev hang

Hondata will have something for our cars but it will not be called K-pro. They have not said what it will be called or when it will be out. there are lots of threads on 8thcivic.com about Hondata check it out if your not a member already.
I have rev hang on my 2007 I tried looking on 8thcivic.com and most of what I found was for 2006 so I can't help with that. I have never heard a complaint about rev hang from people with the Hondata reflash.

will i went to the dealership tue. told them about the rev hang and the DM of honda come out to look at my car and saud they will Doc. the problem and see if honda is going to come out with any other update's will at least my rev hang isn't close to as bad as the 06's not even close but i still don't think it should be there

The 08's already have the ecu reflash from the factory. The rev hang you are experiencing is about as good as it's going to get. The Hondata reflash doesn't get rid of it completely either. You'll get used to it. Once you do, you'll probably actually come to appreciate it.
