Default Buring oil

I changed my oil about a month ago and im not sure why its burning oil will new rings and and pistons help or is it because off high rpm

Depends on when the oil is being burnt...Oil being burnt at higher RPM's is a good indication of worn out rings. Oil being burnt only at startup is a good indication of worn valve seals. Hope this helps...

Could have put the wrong size rings or pistons in or could be another problem. You need to do a leakdown test to discover where you're losing it.
