Default Really weird blinker/hazzard problem

I searched for about 20 minutes but couldnt find any thread with the same problem. Maybe because its really weird and akward, kind of like how people just randomly die in that new M night shamalyn movie the happening.

Whenever i turn on my lights, both blinker lights in the cluster come to full brightness. My blinker doesnt work when you try to go left or right, and my hazzards do not engage.

but the real awkward part is when my car is on and lights off, the hazzards still dont work but when you try to use the turn signal either way the hazzards come on. All four lights blink and i just replaced the bulbs in the front. this is the only time the hazzards engage, when the car is off or on and you push the button on the bezel with the red triangle, nothing happens.

Is this something as simple as a fuse? I just slammed my car, but as far as i know i didnt hit any dears or run over any limbs, that could possibly come back to life and start tearin **** apart like the monster in the mist, or possibly some other random horror movie

You have a short some where in the wiring either your parking lights or headlights are shorted to your hazzard switch. The reason why it is shorted to the hazzard circut is cause if it was only shorted to a blinker circut then it would only make one blinker light up with the lights turned on. dont think that you are going to be able to find this one in the driveway you need to take it to a professional so they can test and find the short.
