Hey folks - I have a 1989 Accord (hope this forum is ok - couldn't find the 1989 one) - 210,000 miles - runs great - starts slow - engine turns a bit and is worse when hot - new battery, starter, plugs, cap - Someone said a possible sensor - ECT Sensor or Main Relay? A penny for your thoughts?

Do you mean the engine turns over slowly when cranking?
Or the engine takes a long time to start?
LXi model? DX? LX?

 

Turns over slowly and takes long to crank - but only after running for a while and it is good and hot. Cranks up OK in the morning and on the way home from work after sitting.
