my A/C is not as cold compare to my integra. I check the pressure on L, it's within the pressure range. I guess I might just have old freon. Since it's witin the pressure, I don't think I am low on freon. How do I change it?
Do I just add more?

no.
have you checked the temp with a thermometer?
any a/c concern should first be checked with a thermometer.
to check it, stick a thermometer in the center dash vents (i use a 4in. long lance type analog thermometer, digital is just as good) in the middle of the day after the car's been sitting in the sun.
fan on high, upper vents or split, recirc., all the way on cold..(sorry to insult your intelligence)
you can drive it or just sit and let it run, just be sure you hold rpm around 2000-2500 if you sit still.
eye on the thermo. no matter where it starts it should drop steadily until it gets to about 42ºF. it could take a while... but as long as the temp drop is steady and it doesn't stop before it hits 42º then it's working fine.
