ok im making this to hopefully help people that have the same problem, when i searched i could not find a solution so i just decided to completely gut the interior and fix it once and for all. well heres what i found.

i could see water was coming from behind this module behind the drivers side kick panel...

removed it and found a rubber hose that was leaking, it pulled out from where it connects


So now I super glued it back in and in the process of removing all the sound deadening material out, and i plan on sanding the floor and painting it with rust bullet even tho there arent that many signs of rust better safe then sorry
