Well I don't know anything about my Ej8 so here goes the dumb q. Does my engine d16y8 97 ex come with a resistor box already installed from factory? I mean I was readin through the Faq's and came across a DIY for a resistor box. But my car has one already is this bad? Does it already come like that? Or did the previous owner have some crazy **** or engine in the car before?

 

i know that some OBD0 cars had low impedance injectors, but i havent heard of any newer cars having them... maybe the previous owner did have a turbo setup on the car

 

How sure are you that you have a resistor box and how sure are you that its wired up?
