when im driving sometimes i hear what sounds like my cv joints clicking really bad...and it happens especially if i go over speed bump sounds like something wants to fall off...it sounds like metal hitting metal whatever it is it sounds bad ....any suggestions?

 

Ok what i recommend if car is automatic (which im sure it is lol) have a trustworthy adult get in car and put car in drive with hood open. Have hand break applied and foot on break slightly press gas car shouldnt move at all. but if engine mount is bad (rocking of motor) the engine will look like its coming out of car(jumping high) please be careful while doing this. this test will tell you if motor mounts are bad. More info would be helpful maybe a year of car. from what you describe its a cv joint which isnt hard at all. test the engine mounts and let me know. once again be very careful and get someone trustworthy to do for you while you look at engine from side of car. I go thru motor mounts like crazy maybe im just a bad driver lol
