Yea well don't know what excatly is going to happen right now. Basically my S2K was rear ended this morning and she looks bad, totaled most likely, I hope the don't try to fix her. I'm well for the most part, other than hurt spirits. Just felt like I had to say something

if she rear-ended you, its most likely her fault... safe following distance anyone? lol... u can't argue that the person in front "stopped short" cuz ur supposed to have a 3second following distance

Well, as of right now, the car is basically just setting there. I've yet to hear from my insurance, I'm really between a rock and a hard place. I JUST got the car a month ago, it is financed, and I was calling to ok the full coverage yesterday as soon as I got into work, it only had liability till my credit union finished some paper work, but that has all been royaly [freak]ed.

Now all I can hope for is that GEICO will consider that I've been with them since age 15 paying full coverage, and now when I need them most, they will honor the full coverage effective yesterday, total my car, pay me and let me move on and then go after the other insurance for their money...that is a miracle that I'm asking for, but after all this I would think I deserve a break.

I really don't think parting out this car is an option.

the biggest no no of them all.

 

ur last hope is just having your insurance go after her's (build ur case and stress that it was her fault) in that case u will still get paid.

dude she hit you not the other way around, thats that. theres no [freak]ing way her insurance can fight that, unless theres something you are not telling us, like you drifting in a parking lot or doing something stupid like cutting her off and she hit you.

anyways i want the front bumper, headlights and engine/trans combo if you throw the diff for free. oh and the wheels also

nope nothing like that. her insurance is saying that she had not made this months payment until after the wreck so they won't cover it. it was me coming to a stop at a stop light
