Hola everyone!
Just wanted to say hello to all the ITR owners here. My home board is 417imports.com. I was invited by someone that posted on 501speed.com saying this is where all the real type r enthusiast post.
A bit about my car, which I'll have a pic up soon. '98 Integra Type R. The car has a blue pearl paint job. Removed rear spoiler. Body kit. Eibach up front, coil's in rear. 17" Bronze Volk SE37K's. Z3 fenders(which are coming off soon). Big greddy intercooler. JG throttle body. Thermal 3" exhaust. T3T4. JG/Edelbrock intake. Equal Length exhaust manifold. Greddy 720's. Intank pump, AEM FPR. Darton wet sleeves(Full flat deck) JE 9 Type R pistons. Eagle rods. Some porting, polishing, angle job. Really just waiting on that JG Edelbrock head. Hondata stage 3 with boost, with the JDM P30 ecu. Gauges-EGT, boost, & pressure guages.
Bit about me, from Springfield Missouri....don't laugh. Love imports, our scene is steadily growing...maybe a bit in the wrong direction(Ricers). This is my second turbo integra. My first one was built by Kenny Tran and the boys at Jotech. Tran took that car for a 11.53 @126. Also dynoed at 453 FWHP & 356 T. You have to love the T4 turbo! It's hard going to a T3T4 after that car. Love cars, love racing!
Where are you guys from?
Jesse

Let me get this straight. Your name is Jesse, you know a guy named Tran, and you drive a show car? Damn, and you had such good grammar and spelling, too

Not very welcoming I guess? It's not a show car, it's a semi daily driver.

So are you saying you want to ride on a stock type r engine all its life? IMHO, it's still the same type r block, just about 2-300 more horse and worth more money.
In my eyes it sacrafices everything that the motor was built for.
cheers
Thanks. I used to live in San Antonio. Nice place.
Don't mess with Texas. <---hahaha

I'm not trying to argue with you at all, I'm just strongly against it. It makes more sense to me to boost a GS-R or LS. Anyways welcome to H-T. You'll probably notice we are all ******** until your newbie status is erased...j/k

though if i was ever gonna build my R for boost, i'd save my dough and buy a b18a , or b18b and turbo that into the ITR chassis, and put that sweet b18c5 in the 2000 lb G1 teg in the backyard

2Bar - You have got to get rid of those fenders. Yeesh! And the side treatment, whatever kit that is, makes your car look like it has side molding, but you forgot to put the door part on.
Just sayin'.
