Maybe your pickup or pickup screen got clogged somehow,or it may be the wrong pan

yes it does and so did the one i removed... I guess im gonna have to drop the pan... and check the strainer/pickup if there was anything under the baffle it would get sucked up eh?

right now the car still turns over no problem with compression but the head is ticking like a bomb...

A K series? I wish i could a afford a K
I think im headed to LS territory or for the money another SOHC...
Did i touch anything?: I only dabbed off the little sludge around the strainer and main cap...

New Theory... What if there is a "pickup sized dent up into the oil pan right under the pickup? combined with 20w 50... No space for oil to get pickedup... Pictures will come im pulling the pan again... oh and theres little shavings getting picked up on the dipstick...

Yeah, replace that pan, or post pictures of it, in the meanwhile.

Though at the same time I'd be looking around for a new engine if I were you...

Check out the oil filter, could be defective.
more-so since your oil light pings earlier (collecting your shavings).

Fixed it... Pan was beat to **** right under the pickup... beat it out oil light went out but the damage is already been done... little metal shavings to small to feel and get picked up by the magnet were present in the oil... The bearings still have oil to them and i guess if i dont rag on it i still have about a couple months left... [freak] me...

The strainer/pickup sump with restricted + the baffle inside the pan was squished against the pan not allowing oil to roll under the sump... Ima adjust the valves tomorrow
