Ok, I have a '94 Honda Accord Ex Automatic-Got the car 6months ago from the original owner.Went to use the AC yesterday and it was throwing out hot air,so today I made sure the valve to the heater core was fully closed (in the engine bay) and it wasn't so I guess the hot-cold selector **** doesn't fully close it. Anyway with it fully closed it throws out slightly cool air (my ac temp gauge reads 79F) I hooked up AC manifold gauges and this is what happened,@idle Low Side-33PSi High Side-195PSi,which is right around what it should be be, now here is where it gets weird,holding RPM @2500 Low side drops to around 15PSi, High side slightly moves up 197PSi. Release accelerator back to idle and they go back to @idle reading. When I turn the car off the Low side gauge pegs to 100PSi, High Side stays at 195PSi, whats going on with the AC system? btw (car running a/c switch in car on)both fans are turning on like they should,but it seems like the AC compressor never cycles on/off.Any ideas?THX
