when a motor/head is rebuilt does the engine run better? or is it better geting a new motor/head?

 

well depending on how you rebuild it it's pretty much a new head or block

160,000/180,000 one of em i forgot.

 

Depends on how well it is put together. I've seen fresh rebuilds run worse than before the rebuild cause clearances weren't right, hone job was bad, etc.
