Default Damn Turbo Bolts!!!! Keep backing out!!

I need a idea on how to make the turbo bolts stay in. Ive used locktight..the hot kind and no luck.

are there specail bolts that when heated up they expand to make a tight fit???

I could safty wire..but..what a

the bolts holding the turbo to the manifold or the clocking bolts?

If all else just tack weld them. I had the same problem after I did that problem solved.

Had a friend that used these on a greddy kit where the turbine exhaust flange bolts kept coming loose. Works like a charm.

My buddy is having a similar problem with his mr2 and the bolts keep backing out, he just ordered 4 brand new bolts from toyota because there is a special heat lock washer I guess, and they were $5 a bolt.

I would try studs instead of bolts with some lock washers...

they make header locking nuts/triangles they work great. The nut goes on, slip the triangle over the nut, place the edge of the tri on a runner then snap the e clip over it to hold the tri to the nut. Now it cant back off because the nut is splined to the triangle and the tri is laying up against the primary.

You can also drill holes though the studs and run safety wire though the studs that would prevent the nuts from backing out. Race cars do this all the time.
