Default sourcing trans synchro parts

I have a Y1 trans that Im rebuilding, the synchros and gears are in good shape, but the sliding sleeves are shot. most parts listings only show gearsets, even though all of the cable trans sleeves are interchangeable.

is it possible to buy just the sleeves on their own?
