Default 1990 Dpfi Hatch Throwing Codes

ok Hye guys i was throwing code 16 for fuel injectors on my 90 std hatch with a dpfi motor. the car is in limp mode even after replacing the injector that was bad. Instead of code 16 its throw codes for the vss and top dead center sensor, i recently replaced the cap and rotor, and the car runs but ill not rev past 4k. I have no idea what the problem is but im tryin to mkae it work properly, I noticed there was some wires by the ecu that looked shitty. please reference to the pictures for which wires. i appreciate all help in advance and hope to hear some good info soon. Thanks again

looks like someone did a very poor job of converting the chassis harness to run MPFI - the red and yellow wires with the pins on the end are for the 2 injectors - the main injector has 2 red wires from the ECU at pins A5 and A7 - the auxiliary injector has 2 yellow wires from the ECU at pins A1 and A3 - the 2 red wires, as well as the 2 yellow wires, connect together inside the harness before they get to the injectors - looks like the brown and green wires may be at a couple of the "A" pins and were probably added for MPFI - wouldn't be needed for DPFI - TDC code comes from the orange and white wires which should be at ECU pins C1 and C2 for the DPFI and were probably moved to B10 and B12 for MPFI - you need to get the correct wires going to all of the ECU pins
