im getting everything together for the bottom end and right now i have

81.5mm b18b block withabout $300 in new bearings
fairly new crank
9:1 weisco pistons
block guard..etc yada yada

my question is where is a good place and whats a good price on a new oil and water pump *vtec of course.

Ive searched around for a while and have found plenty of names on the water pumps that ive never heard of.
Oil pump seems a little harder to find so if anyone can send me in the right direction to a site it would be greatly appreciated

 

get an ITR oem oil pump.... if you need the obd2 one get it off ebay .....not ebay **** but Honda oem from dealer on ebay....

the GMB water pump are good for the money...costs like $45 on ebay

they dont make the obd1 itr or gsr any more...it HAS THE LS part # but it has the ITR/GSR parts in it....

look it up on th DRAG racing forum that - GOLDEN EAGLE post up......

 

yea i know after like 1995 the oil and water pumps were pretty much integra univeral.
I need the vtec water and oil pump. right?

I didnt really know weather or not to trust ebay but looks like im about to search there.

thats a kool price if you need all that....water pump and timing belt goes for $65-$75 already

 

on my buddies 9 sec full race lsv turbo we used oem gsr water and oil pump there the same as itr and b16
