From north of Washington DC
Follow I-95 south to Maryland exit 7A (Branch Avenue). South 30 miles to the traffic light at Route 234, then left 7 miles to MIR in Budds Creek, MD.

From south of Richmond, VA
Follow I-95 north to the Virginia exit 104 (Bowling Green). Follow 301 north into Maryland to the traffic light at Route 234, then right 7 miles to MIR in Budds Creek, MD.

Woohoooo. I cant wait. I love anything at MIR, but seeing how the racing was set up and ran at Atco for BOTI, Im even more excited for this.

 

Why does it say saturday on the flyer, but sunday in the post below? Which one is it?

The 28th is a Saturday, Not sunday.

Wow what a late start.

 

wowzers....i was hoping to make it to this race AND my 10 year H.S. reunion on Saturday. who the fug am i kidding, my **** won't be ready anyway.

 

this will be a night race. (obviously) that is why we made it a fri sat race so that sunday would be a little easier for sportsman guys to travel back home.

I think pro qualifying is on Friday dave.

 

yes i know that just wondering what time we are allowed in, so we can get setup and all, and if they need to tech the cars before qualifing.

 

i believe its at 12 not sure yet i gotta double check with frank maybe joe from tempest can find out hes walking distance

 

What can we do to pack the stands? Maybe invite some of the guys from Friday night real street to race with us on Saturday?Give the event a little twist so we can spark some excitment? So we can get some people from the outside to look in and see what we do!!

any way you can get some grudge matches together during the qualifying?

get some of the real street guys to run us. i know i'm down, i'm sure many others are too.

 

battle loves match races! were all about them. if they want some sc *** beating i say bring them on!

 

pro front is the only class that will be in the ballpark with the real street cars

real street is no wheelie bar, drag radial cars.


MIR is so hectic this week no information is coming out of there until after the weekend. i tried to go over there today and its like trying to enter fort knox.
