FYI: I searched and did not find anything related to this - thus here I am.

96 DX hatch, putting an S2000 engine start button. I have the button itself; now where can I find that wire harness? I've tried Bernardi, but they only seem to have the entire dash harness - an obvious overkill. Anyone done this mod? How did you do it? I'm going to replace the power mirror switch with a blank cover which I'll cut to fit the button, but there's got to be a way to make it actually work. Also, any idea on where I can find that blank cover? eBay, maybe I guess.

Concern: When I accelerate (not hard, just in general) my ebrake light comes on - any thought on that? It's just annoying.

I think that's all I got for now. Any help is appreciated.

 

there is an adjustment on the ebrake under the cover.

 

Could also be low brake fluid.
