Default autopartswarehouse?

I'm browsing through their site and i'm finding the majority of the parts i plan on getting for my car...fairly reasonable prices, but i'm curious to know if they're reliable?

has anyone on HT ever ordered parts from them, and if so were there any problems what so ever?

anyone that could help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

I've never purchased anything from them. And I'm guessing the people who have viewed this thread so far haven't either or they'd comment on them.

Be patient and I'm sure someone will see this and be able to offer some feedback on them

I've ordered from their website and so far I've been happy with my purchases when I had my bmw. Orders came on time and from what I can remember they had good customer service.

when i dealt with them i had poor customer service.

no email responses no nothing. i cancelled an order like an hour after i ordered it on the weekend. guess what the [freak]ers shipped it and 4 years later i still had that stupid **** which i sold and lost money.

I've actually had very good experiences with them. I've made about 4-5 orders, all of which arrived within 3-4 days. They sent me tracking info promptly and confirmed via email.

I haven't had to deal with their customer service though, and that's really what counts...sounds like they're lacking in that department from what others are saying.

yeah.. same here, I'm not sure if I had to deal with customer service since all orders came when they should have.
