i just swapped out my b16 and put in a b20 vtec. i got it tuned and on the way home the car shut off. i left it sit and came back at night fall to test some theories found i had no fuel or spark.check the wiring and checked the dizzy plugs a wire had come loose so i put it back in but still nothing. i pushed the car down the road to a cycle shop and left it sit. went back last night and pulled the dizzy the rotor button was in place and fine. but on the iside of the cover i found almost like a powder residue... did maybe wires criss cross and short out my dizzy is this why im not gettin spark and fuel?

 

check for loose or frayed battery cables, check your grounds, fuses, the igniter, then if u get spark and no fuel, check the main relay

was it running like *** before it shut off? im thinking it would have been hard to tune a car if the firing order was wrong...but if it was and it was tuned this way, id assume u could have flooded ur cylinders with fuel real quick... someone else chime in.

no it ran great before it did it. battery cables not touching grounds are ok.
