B20 vtec lost power to fuel pump and no spark.
Ok like the title says I have a 93 hatch b20 vtec swap
Was driving normal all was good one day and it spudered and died like it was out of gas I put gas in it and there was no power to the fuel pump I towed it home and I don't know what my problem is. I have replaced the ecu the new one is chipped and tuned to my car, the main relay, fuel pump, dizzy and checked every fuse in the car. I have checked all grounds in the car including the thermostat housing. The car will get fuel all the way to the cylinders when hard wired on constant power but will not spark....When this happened I thought I smelled something like a burnt wire but I can not be sure now its been almost three months. So after all that my question is: Is there a possibilty that I may have shorted out a wire inside the harness somewhere or am I over looking something?
I really need help with this I leave for the air force in a week and need a car to come back to. I have been on the chevrolegs all this time trying to fix it.

I bought the ecu virgin had it chipped and tuned by the local speed shop so all that was done professionally and for the ecu i bought one brand new so I know all that is good. All the parts I have replaced where bought brand new.
