Default need some help getting my car running

ok i did some searches but then i realized where would i start... ok i recently swapped in 90 ls motor into my crx si.. before i did the swap the car already had problems running... before i tried switching out the main relay.. the resistor box.. starter... sometimes the car runs but then at other times it feel like not running... once it died on me while i was driving... now after i did the swap.. i thought that would fix the problem but i guess i was wrong.. the car starts but it wont run... after a certain amount of time it would just turn off and then i wouldnt be able to start it again.. we tried to turn on the headlights but then everything turns on.. the hazard lights, the right turn signal light.. i could hear ticking in the doors(no power windows or door locks).. we changed the resistor box again and then it started back up.. my friend drove it around the block without any problems but then when i tried to drive it around the block it died out on me half way around... right now we think it could be an electrical problem.. so im going to try and replace the wire harness.... anyone had this problem before or know how i would be able to fix it?

nope.. my tach doesnt go crazy.. the car just basically cuts off

I know this may sound weird but I had a I seen cars do this and the problem was that the fuel pump overheats and cuts off and after cooling down starts right up, install a fuel pressure gauge and drive it around to see if fuel pressure cuts off when driving.
