Icon2 B18 Swap

I have a 93 EG hatch that I put a B18A1 in. It took me some time to get things figured out because I am new to the Honda build scene. I finally have got it running and it runs great starts right up but after it has been running and warmed up if you turn the car off then try to start it again it wont fire. It just cranks over and never starts till it is cooled of then it will start right back up. Could anyone help me with what might be my problem. Any advice as to what could be the problem so I can get it resolved.

So as soon as it warms up it just stalls and dies? It could be an issue with the ECU or the temp sensors. And your sure that its not getting spark?

I have spark I am running a MSD ignition with a blaster ss coil. I m not running a resistor box. It runns when cold but when I turn the key off after it is warm it just wont start just cranks if I dont shut it off it runs good. I think I have an issue with fuel Im thinking it is way over fueling because it will pop in higher RPMs kinda pops like if I was running a 2 step but this is when Im driving.

If you are running the b18a1 injectors they need a resistor box

Im not sure what injectors Im running cuz I got another intake manifold from a buddy that had injectors already. I used that maniflold an injectors because it was all OBD1 so I didnt need a bunch of jumper harnesses to convert from OBD0 to OBD1

It is your ignition control module, or your main relay.

Next time you warm it up and shut it off, try to start it and check to see if you are getting spark.

After its warm and turn the key do you hear the fuel pump prime and the check engine light come on and go off? If this happens then its not the main relay. Ask your buddy if he knows what injectors he gave you.

It could be too much fuel. Find out what injectors you have.

I ohmed out the injectors and from what I know I have saturated injectors they are like 12 to 15 ohms but with the other manifold I ohmed out those injectors an I think they are unsaturated cuz they are 2 to 6 ohm. I have the saturated ones in the car. I really do think it is way to much fuel cuz I pull the spark plugs after I shut it off an the top of the pistons are wet an the spark plugs are like a blackish color. Im not positive that the fuel pump kicks on after it is warm an I try to start it never paid that much attention to it I guess.

I went to check out the fuel pump and after the car warms up the fuel pump does kick on you can hear it start to prime when I turn the key to just the on postion.

Do you have the parts to go back to oem ignition setup, msd setup could be giving you problems. Is this a stock engine
