I tried to get an answer a few weeks back but never did, so Ill try again, when I start my car up it idles real high for about 1 mintue, or until it gets warmer, it doesnt have a tac in it but Im sure it revs up to 2-3 rpm, not sure if its normal, it also feels like its running way to rich, cause it smells like gas sometimes too.

 

Its your Iacv remove it and clean it might help, replace your o2 sensor as your car is running rich, the primary feedback for the fuel is the o2 sensor, so if it goes bad you'll run rich and smell fuel.
