anyone know what the name of this? my friend said they have a japanese lady talking to japanese for a car alarm. he said its an attachment to an alarm. anyone kno anything about this and where to get one?

My co-worker has a viper alarm with the talking add-on module. His speaks japenese when he arms and disarms in a girls voice. I asked him about he said it was the voice module from viper. All you do is program the voice.
