all fuses are good everything works but the windows. sunroof works any help ???

both of his windows worked when he bought the car. now all of a sudden, both of them dont work. All the fuses were checked, and the wires were tested. Chances of both window motors dying at the same time is very unlikely. Is there some type of relay that may have gone bad?
