Default Rear Quarter Panel Rust (rear wheel well)

I am sure I've seen some car with the same rust that I have.

It's located at both rear wheel wells right above the plastic bumber. It's rusting real bad now and I want to do something about it. What are your solutions?

There really isn't nothing you can do..

Cut the quarter panels out and have new ones welded in.. Gonna cost a little bit of money..

Well, I am not looking to do major work to it....

Because the bumper have a nut mounting to that place and it rusted out. The bumper is like hanging right now. So I want to patch it so it won't get worst. Then getto the bumper back on.

Well, if you want to go ghetto, just try to sand the rust off as much as you can, bondo, then paint. That would be super ghetto, though...
