88 civc hatch with b18a1 problem

Default 88 civc hatch with b18a1 problem

i have a 88 hatch with a b18a1 swap and it runs good when its cold and crappy when it get warm i am having a problem with overheating also i have replaced thermostat and upper radiator hose but it still gets hot. and sometimes then engine will baugg down and act like it doesnt want to go and i do not know what is wrong any help would be great thanks

does the gauge read as if it were "over heating" if it were over heating the coolant would overflow in your resovor box... if it dont do that i dont think your gauge is correct... so as for checking your gauge i dont really know how to check that...
