yo so my friend got pulled over and the cop gave him a ticket to get his car smogged so he brought it to me and told me to just put the stock intake on and not do anything else and the headers dont have a carb sticker and he has stright pipeing it wont pass smog right....its a single cam motor ,,,

cut a spot in the exhaust in the back.
weld a cat on there.
pass smog.
take it off.
weld exhaust back on.!

tell him that illinois is smog free for cars under the year 95
