flywheel problem!!
put a transmission housing bolt back into the block, then get somebody with a crowbar or pry bar to use the bolt as a lever to steady the flywheel.
You could also buy a tool from snap-on that does pretty much the same thing, but is more a one person operation.

yeah thanks i already took it off i had to use an impact gun now im tryin to put the clutch bak on and i cant cuz the clutch alignment tool its too big i have to go buy a smaller one it sux plus i have to wait for my tranny
