Timing?
Is it possible for your timing belt to stretch( over time ) and throw your timing out.
Reson I ask is when I turn the car over in the morning most of the time the car turns on the second attempt.
Its been doing this for a while now. If I can turn the car over on the firts attempt it drive good ( pulls well threw the gears) if its on the second attempt the pull is weak. Ive done a full tune up and its still the same.
Could it be the timing belt. Had the CRX for 6 years.(long story, post it some day) Only drive it 5 months out of the year.
Thankz in ADV.

The timing belt could definitely come loose over time. The 1st 2nd startup thing is weird however. If it jumps a tooth it not gonna jump back so easily. Sounds like a sensor or comp problem. Any codes??
So I go to the mechanic today and find my front window is broken. I ask him what happened And he has no Idea what happened
to make matters worse I drive the car home and find the engine makes a winding noise. ( is that normal for a timing belt change?)
Im so
I don't know what to do.
