ok so after runnng my turbo for about a month a took off the IC pipes and i noticed oil in them..i also noticed oil on the filter side of the turbo..wat does that meen did the turbo go bad oh and it has no shaft play wat could it b PLEASE HELP

 

The oil seals are bad. Are you running a restrictor?

 

no i dont think so this is my first turbo dont really know much how much is it to change the seals
