Alright after searching through many many threads with electrical, battery, alt., and charge in the title I found no answer to my problem. I say this because there are about 1 million threads that have crx electrical problem in the title and I dont want to seem like one of those guys who just posts up every problem with his car without searching first.

Anyway, after upgrading to a HO alt and more powerful battery as well as doing the big 3 upgrade my battery light keeps coming on unless I have the air turned up or the lights on. The battery has a 12.5 to 13 volt charge with the car off. When the car turns on the voltage goes down a little then back up to 12.5 to 13 volts. The battery light turns on at this point because the alt isn't charging the system like it should or something. Then if i turn up the air or turn on the headlights after a few seconds the RPMs drop and the voltage goes up to 14. What the hell? Ive checked all of the fuses and they look good. I really don't have any idea what could be causing this.

Cliffs: Voltage too low with car on and all accessories off.
Voltage normal with car on and headlights or air on.

Please help any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks
