Default D series tranny work with Bseries?

I have a stock 92 civic hatch and im wanting to put a B16 but i was wondering if the d series tranny( stock) would work with the B series motor?

With a custom adapter plate sure. Is it worth it, probably not. GSR trans > *

dont they make adapter plates? i think for a h22 tranny to
