PLX wide band and PCS Dash logger not working together need help!!!
I am using the PCS Dash logger and the PLX wide band together. I am trying to log the PLX using the PCS and for some reason they are not working together.
We have set the scaling and done everything by the book. At least what we can think of and I see it on the Dash but it is not showing what the PLX shows. Actually when the car is running it does not show any movement. Not sure what to do next.

I don't have the dash yet but I datalog Air fuels from an FJO wideband into a TEC3 and had similar issues. I'm not sure if this applies to you but I had to use the same ground. I had to ground the FJO to the same ground that I used for the TEC etc and that worked.
The reading were still a little off but then I measured the voltage output from the wideband and used a conversion table to correct them. I inputed the new "conversion" into the TEC software and all worked and read perfectly.
I would also post on Russ' forum, he's always on there responding to posts. I've also called them about 5 times and someone always answers, Excellent support!!!

Awesome respons man. I too am using the TEC3 and lol I am using the sig lighter for powering the PLX so i am sure that is the issue. Thanks for the help.
Yes Russ at PCS is awesome, he is actually a friend and i hate bothering him with stuff i should already know LOL.
Thanks for the info man, I owe you one. If you are in need of any help on a turbo or turbo set up i am more than happy to return the favor.
When I come to NY I will have to buy you dinner.

Enzo is right, I'm a big eater.
I just installed 2 EGT probes a few weeks ago and there goes all my inputs, time to get Russ' dash! Here's a screenshot of what a TEC3 datalog looks like (with Air Fuel's) and EGTs and a lot more.

You have 4 inputs that will get used up fast (hence needing Russ' dash) I used one for Airfuel, one for EGT probe 1, one for EGT probe 2 and the last one I toggle between the datalog switch (no laptop needed) and datalogging fuel pressure.
Let me know if you need help setting anything up.
Glad you're using a TEC!

I have the TEC3 and the data logger is way off on the info it is logging. Thats why I don't use the TEC3 data logger. I use the PCS dash for that. i have 6 egt probes and the boost controller with the back pressure sensor and a few other inputs.
I love the PCS dash logger. It is easy to use and gives you great data without the need of a laprtop. Plus it has boost control and lots other options. I am starting to play around with boost per gear here real soon. I just have to get my speed sensor hooked up.

If he does that the only thing left will be to incorporate EMS.
You know he is the one that developed the TEC3.
