Default I need some pieces CNC'd, waterjet-laser-cncmill.

I need aluminum plenum end caps cut in 3/8" 6061 T6 aluminum.

They are very very simple, i need 50 of them to start.

Sorry for the lack of solidworks model, a "kernel went corrupt" and it wont open.

Its very simple, the plenum is constructed of 6061 T6 .125" wall and the main plenum dimensions are shown in the .jpg below. Its 4.125 because the plates for construction consisted or 4" backplate, 2" pieces and a 4" tube cut on the mill for the rounded end cap. This can easily be cut out of pieces 4"x.375"x12' all you have to do is radius the end cap and its very simple.

It is one piece but I broke it down to 2 pieces to show how it was built.

why so thick? is it for the tb flange? if so, why not just put the other holes in it as well to save yourself making 4 bolt holes and 1 bore in 50 pieces?

Because I dont feel like getting killed on paying for the plates. I have a bridgeport in house and if its going to be exponentially more Ill have one of my guys who i pay in munchkins drill them out with the DRO. And yes they are for TB flanges. The plates are going on either end so you can change the TB from one side to another.

If you are interested let me know and we can talk more today because id like to do them soon.

the price wouldn't be that much more expensive. maybe a couple bucks per piece for qty 50 or more. having them done ahead of time is going to save you tons of time. personally, i'd just have them cut into the flanges. i can certainly get you a price if you get me some cad/specs... it certainly wouldn't hurt to quote both pieces so then you can decide if you want to do the extra work or not.

Ok, i will draw them up for you. Not all the flanges will be the same, Id say 24-30 of them will be The same. And another 20-30 will be just 4 bolt holes.

The TB plates will be on both sides and then one side will be "end caps" so you can just cap off the side you are not using.
