Default 2 piece exhaust manifold - B series upper, D series lower??????????

I'm trying to throw together a temporary exhaust manifold so I can get my B18b1 into my EJ8. I have only the upper half of the exhaust manifold for the LS engine. Does anyone know if the lower half from my D16y8 will bolt up to the B series upper 1/2 so that I can complete the manifold?

Just to be clear I'm talking about bolting part #2 in this photo:

to part # 9 in this photo (bottom center):

I took some rough measurements last night. Not exact since the d series pipe is on my daily driver and hot, but close.

The flanges on both sections look VERY similar. The 2 studs on the back of the flange are both ~118mm apart (on center). I took a "finger measurement" for the front stud and it also seems to be very close to stud location on the Acura manifold.

I've actually got a header for this car, but don't have a cat with a 2.5" flange to adapt to it. I was just looking for a no-fab, temporary solution while I had a new cat flanged.
