Default Anyone with a NRG short hub. please look

so i have a question, first off i have a dc4 integra. i just put on a momo hub with a momo tuner wheel, the momo hub is to thick, so the plastic piece that is behind the steering wheel, that covers the ignition and stuff, cannot be snapped on, and the hub rubs on it really bad so its pretty annoying, anyone know if the NRG short hubs fit in there without this problem or do u need to cut that plastic a little bit.

thanks to anyone who can help.
