Default HID Headlight Conversion

I have a 94 honda prelude si and I have been wanting to change to HID lighting but I don't want to blind other people on the street. I have seen on the internet aftermarket projector headlights for the prelude but I dunno if these would work with a HID kit without causing glare.

I bought the hid kit from Mod-Express and I love it. I found a discount on superhonda I think that brought the kit down to 140. Do a google search for Mod-Express dicount and you will find lots of discounts. It was probably the easiest mod I have ever done to a car. It was basically plug and play except for mounting the ballasts and the relay. I give it on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being hardest about a 2. I don't know how easy it would be on other cars but it was super easy on my fourth gen. They are not overly blinding but definitely brighter than stock.
