seafoam question

Default seafoam question

i seafoamed my engine...i poured it right into the main vaccumm port...crankcase and fuel tank...let it sit for 5-10 minutes like it said after it stalled from pouring it into the vaccumm port....then restarted...it had trouble starting like said...but i never got any white smoke....did i do something wrong??....did it not work??

If you poor it in the brake booster line too fast, the car will die. I always have driven my car right away after I use seafoam. I never let it sit for 5-10 minutes. In order for it to smoke a lot, you need to drive it in high rpms.

I was reading about seafoam, and I guess that you are supposed to let it sit for about 10 minutes before you drive it. You might have already read these threads, but they explain how to do it.
