Are you serious with this question? Larger capacity="better". How does the one you have NOT work at all? No problem with any of the half dozen sticks I've used.

32GB sounds kind of big for a deck. I honestly do not think they can handle that big of a drive. Get a smaller one. I know mine can only read up to 16GB. If your port is in the front of your deck, get the little slim drives, they look the best.
I just bought a used 2009 Pilot Touring with Nav. I have a 4GB USB flash drive full of music which I plugged in and works fine. However, I don't know how the vehicle's audio system is sorting the folders. It's not alphabetically. I think It may be by the date the folders were created on the flash drive. Is there a way change the sort?
Thank you
Thank you
Sometimes head units read USB drives differently depending on what you have in the root folder. With the USB drive in your computer, delete everything and start over.
To start, copy over just the .mp3 files (most common file format that should work) to the USB drive (don't make any folders) and see if that works. Also, check to see if the .mp3 files are VBR (variable bit rate) or CBR (constant bit rate). Sometimes that can affect playback on some head units as well.
