looking for the best cam for my motor!!????
so i am looking to get a new set of cams for my b16a2..
once i get the cams i will be upgrading intake manifold throttle body cam gears ect....
so i am looking for a good set of cams that will be a set to keep tuning with...
i wanted to know which set will give me the best hp or torque for my dollar...
i was looking at the skunk2 pro stage 1
but i have heard great things about ITR and CTR cams...
if you guys could help me that would be awesome!!!

right now im running some dc sport headers, aem cool air intake, and a apexi exhaust...
well it would be nice to turbo eventually but right now all motor... cuzi dont have 2 grand to drop on a turbo.. haha..

i wouldn't go with skunk2. Search there are better companies out there. Also, cam should be your LAST step. It all depends on where you want to be with your car. There is a way of doing things and then there is a RIGHT way of doing things. The "right" way would be to build the motor bottom to top, then turbo, and you will have yourself what can potentially be a street monster. Then again, it all depends on your HP goal, your budget, and if the car is a daily driver or a weekend queen.
true... but then again if i get the now intake and throtle body and all this stuff my stock cam isnt going to be able to support much... i will need something more aggresive to get the potential out of my performance parts.
yes it will! stock cam will be just fine! unless you plan on PNP'ing your head and then do a cam but remember, after all that, you need a tune and some sort of management too
the problem when i hit VTEC im not getting all the power i should be...
both cams in there right now have about the same power when my VTEC cam should be more aggressive... most my friends you can feel the difference in the cams
