i have a 1989 civic dx which has dual point injection i plan on doing a jdm b16a swap i was told i need to convert it into fuel injection before the swap would that be nessecary if i have the b16 wire harness??

 

You need to convert to MPFI (Multi Point Fuel Injection - 4 Injectors) from your current DPFI (Dual Point F.I. - 2 Injectors). You'll require a new ECU that is intended to run your motor or get one that is modified with the correct specs (properly chipped, not Ebay). Do a quick archive search for " MPFI " and you'll find all the information you need.
