Full coolant lines replacement
So I've had my GSR for 4 years and everything has been all good. I've had it throughout my college years and has been reliable. I get problems time to time but with around 180k miles on the clock, of course its gonna happen.
Every now and then, a coolant line seems to have a small hole and sprays coolant everywhere. Its suck a tiny hole, but causes the car to overheat. This has happened at least 5 times in the last year and its time to change all the coolant hoses.
Just wondering how should i go about this? Is there any good write ups? and where do you guys recommend I get the hoses from?
thanks honda-tech.

if blowing radiator hoses is becoming common for u, u might want to check ur headgasket with a compression test or leakdown compression test.
My hoses were blowing out one by one... i would replace each one until eventually i replaced them all... and i figured it was just cause it was old hoses... it was actually around the same mileage u got too i was like at 183k at the time...
I replaced all the hoses then the radiator cracked... i replaced that then the car would still over heat... this all happend during the time period that mechanic work was still new to me and i was slow to diagnose it so it got worse before it got better.... but ive seen this same evolution in other cars....
It could just be that the hoses are really really old but either ur running that car hard or its running with more pressure than normal...
ive noticed the bulk of hondas headgaskets go out around 160k-180k depending on the persons driving and maintenance habbits...
It could last longer.. and it could die sooner. but most seem to go around that time...
but like i said this doesnt mean ur headgasket is bad... im just saying hoses dont go bad easily even when old and swollen they can still hold on pretty good.
but u lose nothing from doing a compression test just to check it out.... at this mileage especially its always good to document compression tests for ur car every couple years just to keep tabs.
