i bought a crx gutted and had no radio. my buddy gave me his radio out of his old del sol . he does not have the code for it and the car is sold. are there any dummy codes for honda tape decks. ...or how should i get the radio to work..

 

do a search, this has been covered a lot. try "radio code"

 

since you have the radio copy down the serial number on the radio (or just bring it in) since its not installed in your car..

ask your buddy to look into his old insurance records or his old DMV registrations for his VIN # on his sold Del Sol....

call around dealers w/ the VIN # and Radio serial number and they should be able to pull the code for you....

 

Yep, you should go to various Honda Dealers and tell them the serial # along with the Vin # and they should be able to give you the code.
