Transmission or clutch?

So I bought my 92 Integra about a year and a half ago, and it makes this really god awful high pitched noise whenever I'm using the engine to stop and its in second gear. It doesnt make this noise in any other gear, just second and it only makes this noise if I don't give it any gas. What could be the problem?

It's your transmission problem the synchro is bad
