If I'm reading that properly:

Your reserve tank is overflowing after ~30 mins of driving and coolant is pouring out?

I can think of two things:

Your radiator cap is defective and is allowing too much coolant out w/o reaching the proper pressure.

You head gasket has a leak at the header, and the exhaust is just adding more pressure to the coolant system. This additional pressure is what is forcing the coolant to the reserve tanks.

Buy a new cap, if it still happens do a compression test.

there is no leak from th reserve also. just all the coolant is gone from the radiator and the reserve is full. also this happen after changing the headgasket

It has to be going somewhere! I'd drain the oil into a clear container and let it sit, you'll then be able to see the coolant if present...

Also another way is to pull the plugs and see if they are green from coolant

pressure testing the cooling system also works!

Sounds like headlift to me.. I remedied the situation with ARP head studs and a new OEM headgasket
